Lucas & Katie Messier 529 College Fund

On Jun 3, 2005 a benefit was held at Johnny’s Pizzeria, 25A Lowell Road Hudson NH. The benefit on Chris’ behalf, enabled Lucas and Katie’s Grandfather, Ralph Guimond to open a 529 college savings account in each of their names through Fidelity Investments.

Anyone who wishes to donate to their college fund can do so in one of two ways.

1. Checks can be made directly to each child’s account, (but fidelity requires a minimum of $50.00 per check per account and you can only put 1 account number in the check memo area). The account numbers are:

   Make checks out to: FIDELITY INVESTMENTS and mail them to:

   Fidelity Investments
   P.O. Box 170001
   Cincinnati, OH, 45277-0015

2. Checks can also be made out to Ralph Guimond (Custodian of the accounts) in any amount. In the check memo area just put L & K 529 and Ralph will see that it will get into their accounts. Mail these checks to:

   Ralph Guimond

   Nashua, NH. 03064-1558

Note that if you send the checks to Fidelity, Lucas and Katie will not know who the donation came from because Fidelity does not keep a ledger on who sends what. If you send the donation to Ralph Guimond, they will know who it was from, because Ralph is keeping track of who sends what.
